AAU basketball is a nationwide governing body bringing independent basketball clubs together to compete in high level nationwide tournaments year round in all states and regions.
AAU basketball differs from the representative system as clubs (such as us) have freedom with training frequency, intensity and structure.
AAU games are fast paced & physical, mirroring what most players will face in the U.S. and abroad.

-“Age group eligibility is determined by the player’s age as of September 1, 2025. If a player is aged, for example, 16 on September 1, 2025, he or she is eligible to play the 16 & Under age group until August 31, 2026. This includes all official AAU events during period from September 1, 2025, till August 31, 2026.”

PRICE TO ATTEND
-$350 TO ATTEND FREE FLOW ELITE TRAINING SESSIONS ONCE PER WEEK OR $560 IF LOOKING TO ATTEND TWO TRAININGS PER WEEK

Teams are chosen at the discretion of the coaches according to performance at Free Flow Elite team training. ONE TEAM PER AGE GROUP WITH A 10 PLAYER ROSTER WILL BE SELECTED.
Trainings attendance will be closely monitored as a part of the selection process.
To become apart of Free Flow’s AAU program you must be selected from our elite program.
In order to be selected you must:
- Demonstrate a high level of; Coach-ability, relentlessness, resilience, discipline & respect.
- Demonstrate a high level of basketball skill, IQ & athleticism

As the program builds, we aim to create a pathway for players to reach the next level (college, academies, professional)
Overseas tours will be teams selected from our best, most consistent players & families.

Our sole purpose of the Elite program is to win & develop our players while doing so, all players and families must be bought into this idea and respect coaches decisions.
The culture of our program revolves around having a high standard of competition.
Once selected, all players must be aware that the Elite program does not work on an “even opportunity” basis.
All players must earn and maintain their roles within the team; coaches are open have to conversation with players about what things they may need to improve on to earn more opportunity.
