Cancellations & Makeups (TRAINING)

We understand things happen — here’s how we handle absences:

1. Makeups

• One makeup session per term (10 weeks).

• Must give 24 hours’ notice to your coach or admin team.

• Makeups depend on space and must be used in the same term.

2. No-Show / Late Notice

• No makeup or refund if notice isn’t given 24 hours ahead.

3. Illness or Injury

• For injuries or illness lasting 2+ weeks, we can offer a credit for next term (doctor’s note required).

4. If We Cancel

• If Free Flow cancels (weather, venue, or coach illness), a makeup or credit will be offered.

5. Reminder

• Programs are term-based, not casual sessions.

• Consistent attendance helps your child develop and stay accountable.
